1. Introduction
Welcome to Lite Cache, a cloud-based caching service located in Penugollu Dharmavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Registration & Account
To access certain features of our services, users must register using Gmail or GitHub authentication. During registration, we collect the user's name, email address, and profile image. Our services are designed for individuals with programming skills. Minors may use our services but should obtain consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Service Offerings
Lite Cache provides a cloud-based caching service accessible via an API. We offer three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Business, each with its own set of features and limitations.
4. Payments
Payments for our services are processed through Stripe. Refunds are prorated based on the time of cancellation. The Pro and Business plans come with recurring charges, which will be billed as specified during the subscription process.
5. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. While we store user data, we do not sell or share it with unauthorized third parties. We use a cookie-less tracking system. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Content & Conduct
Users have the ability to post text-based content to the cloud. This content is private and can only be accessed by the user who posted it. We do not moderate or review this content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our services, including but not limited to exploiting free benefits with multiple email addresses. Users who are suspended or blacklisted will have their profiles stored for future reference. Users may request account deletion, which will result in the removal of all associated data from our systems.
8. Limitations & Disclaimers
Lite Cache provides its services "as is" without any warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. The extent of our services is determined by the user's chosen subscription plan.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any complaints, concerns, or disputes should be addressed to our support team via email. We will make every effort to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
10. Updates & Modifications
We may update our software-as-a-service (SaaS) product or these Terms of Service from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes in advance.
11. Third-Party Integrations
While we integrate with third-party services such as Preset for analytics and SendinBlue for email services, we maintain control over the data shared with these services and can delete or modify it as necessary.
